This project uses dimetric and trimetric constructions to reveal 3D characteristics of a simple staircase by only using a horizontal projection (plan) and a vertical projection (elevation). Oblique views of the staircase are created by projections over specific axes. Once these 3D characteristics are established, an anamorphic transformation is created by projecting incorrectly over a new axis. This creates a distorted object that is produced only through the use of a single plan and elevation. From this 2D transformation, 3D physical models were created.
